Bio

My experience as a bridge to innovation.

I've worked across law, business, research and technology. That mix is how I understand artificial intelligence today: an organizational decision before it's a collection of tools.

PhD specialized in AI 20+ years in business Director of Neurona Center Sponsored researcher · MIT Media Lab

The short version

From corporate to generative.

I started out working with contracts, teams, marketing, operations and processes. Research and artificial intelligence came later.

I didn't leave one world for the other. I connected them. That's why I can talk to leadership, legal, marketing and technical teams without the conversation turning into a battle of languages.

The map

It all connects.

Move your cursor or tap a node. Strategy sits at the center because none of the other pieces works on its own.

Where it all connects: deciding what to do, why, with whom, and how we'll know it worked.

I'm not interested in a company looking innovative. I'm interested in it making better decisions.

Background

What brought me here.

20+

Years inside companies

Marketing leadership, team and operations management, contracts, HR, talent and data analysis.

01

Law and criminology

02

PhD and research in AI

Research on the adoption, controversies and responsible use of generative artificial intelligence systems.

03

MIT Media Lab · LCAU

Sponsored researcher at the Norman B. Leventhal Center for Advanced Urbanism, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

04

Museum of Failure Institute

Co-director and researcher of the patterns that make projects, products and transformations fail.

05

Neurona Center

My main project: an artificial intelligence center for companies and professionals, based in Málaga.

Principles

Three ideas that guide my work.

01

Context rules.

A solution that's excellent at one company can be an expensive distraction at another.

02

Failure is information too.

A well-designed pilot can fall short and still be money well spent.

03

The knowledge has to stay.

If the team still depends on the consultant, the project hasn't ended well.

The practical part

Let's work on real projects.

If you'd like to explore a project, tell me what's going on at your company. You don't need to arrive with the solution already decided.
